The papaya is the fruit of Carica papaya which belongs to the genus Carica, and grows in tropical and subtropical countries.  Our Dried Papaya comes from Thailand.  

Orange, sweet and slightly chewy to the taste, papaya fruit is a good source of carbohydrate, fibre, as well as high levels of vitamins (Vc and Va)and minerals (copper and magnesium).
