High in protein and iron our Natural Green Lentils can be a tasty side dish or main entrιe. These little round beans originated in Central Asia but are now popular to eat in Western Culture.
Body Benefits:
-Green Lentils- A good source of protein, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin B and iron. Rich in dietary fiber. Good at managing blood-sugar and lowering cholesterol.
How to prepare:
-Lentil Base- Wash 1 cup of lentils in cold water. 2cups water/1 cup lentils. Pour water and lentils into a put. Boil water (add chopped onion if desired) Pinch of salt
