How to prepare:
1. Sort Black-eyed Beans and wash in cold water in colander.
2. Cover peas with water in a large saucepan and bring to boil over high heat.
3. Reduce heat and simmer until peas are soft and can be pierced with fork. (15-20 mins)
4. Drain beans.
