Our Aborio Rice has a tasty, creamy texture when cooked. This is traditionally used to cook risotto.

How to prepare:
1. Pour broth in to a saucepan and simmer gently.
2. Put half 2 tbsp. butter and half oil 1 tbsp. in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion when pan is heated. (sauté 3 minutes)
3. Stir rice in the saucepan and coat the grains. (1 minute)
4. Add some wine and let it absorb fully. Then add ¼ cup of broth and stir frequently.
5. Continue adding ¼ cup of broth for 18 minutes. Finish all the broth.
6. Rice should be firm and tender. Add more broth/water.
7. For taste, add butter, a pinch of salt, pepper, cheese or you can put your own spin on it.
Storage:
Keep in a cool, dry area sealed in a container. Keep away from moisture.
